Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact for unopened products, and include a copy of your packing slip or the RA number.
- 3.Ship to Kala Health
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
